Counselor for Dega-Montagnard Community, which consists of indigenous people of the central highlands of Vietnam, who are political refugees due to the fact that many of them fought alongside our Green Beret Special Forces during that conflict.  A substantial population of Dega-Montagnards have lawfully immigrated to North Carolina, and particularly to the Cumberland County (Ft. Bragg) and Wake County (Raleigh) areas.
