Christos C. Katsiagianis, Esq. is an attorney who dedicates his practice exclusively to immigration law.  Initially licensed as an attorney in 1987, his primary area of concentration has been immigration law; and he services clients throughout the United States.  His practice, known as Immigration Law Services, is tailored to meet the needs of individual foreign nationals, their families, and employers.  His goal is to provide information, guidance, and assistance that will permit his clientele to make well informed decisions and undertake a course of action that will result in successfully and lawfully achieving the intended objective, and, in some instances, avoid actions that may result in imprisonment and removal.
Christos C. Katsiagianis, Esq. is a graduate of North Carolina Central School of Law; and through the consortium program, he completed courses, here and abroad, relating to international law at Duke University. In 1985, while in law school and clerking for a local attorney, he conceived of and founded Immigration Law Services.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, and a member of the National Lawyers Guild – Immigration Project. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals in a number of different circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States. The practice of immigration law is Federal; as such, he is able to assist his clientele wherever they are located throughout the nation and the world.  With over 23 years of experience as an attorney, Christos C. Katsiagianis, Esq., Immigration Law Services is uniquely qualified to assist his clientele with varied and numerous U.S. immigration matters.
